Tjulpu & Walpa Conversation Cards
These beautifully illustrated conversation cards are based on the Tjulpu and Walpa book, created by the Uti Kulintjaku Project – a mental health literacy project of NPY Women’s Council’s Ngangkari Program.
The pack of 30 cards may be used as tools by health professionals, workers and families to assist with talking about challenging and sensitive mental health and related issues. With illustrations from Tjulpu and Walpa on one side, the other side blank, they are designed for multiple application and are only limited by your imagination.
They may be used as conversation starters or prompts for storytelling, or safe ways to talk about difficult things.

Domestic Freight
NPY Women’s Council dispatches all domestic online orders via Australia Post.
Due to our remote location in Mparntwe (Alice Springs), Northern Territory, freight to regional and remote areas can be costly, particularly with rising courier rates. Our online shipping calculator is updated regularly to reflect current carrier pricing, however it may not always capture every variation in delivery costs across Australia.
If your order incurs a significantly higher charge than the amount paid at checkout, we’ll contact you to confirm the difference. You can then choose whether to proceed, and we’ll arrange any additional payment directly.
