Suggested Wording for Your Will
Your solicitor may find the following wording helpful:
“I give to Ngaanyatjarra Pitjantjatjara Yankunytjatjara Women’s Council , ABN 77902127562, of 3 Wilkinson Street, Mparntwe Alice Springs NT 0870, [the sum of $____ / ____% of my estate / the residue of my estate / description of asset] for its general purposes, and I declare that the receipt of the Treasurer or other authorised officer shall be a full and sufficient discharge to my executor.”
