NPY Women's Council is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Administration Assistant to join our Administration Services team on a full-time, 8-week temporary contract, with the possibility of extension.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing high-quality customer service and administrative support.

About the Role

Reporting to the Administration Services Team Leader, you will provide administrative support across a broad range of functions, including:

  • Reception and customer service

  • Travel and accommodation bookings

  • Emergency Relief Program administration

  • Mail, meeting room and office administration

  • General administrative support across the organisation

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

  • The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines

  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office

  • A positive, flexible and team-focused approach

  • Previous administration or reception experience is desirable.
