How to give feedback or make a complaint
We appreciate your feedback and take all comments and concerns seriously. If you would like to share feedback or lodge a complaint, you can do so in any of the following ways:
- Submit your feedback using this online form.
- Raise your complaint or feedback with a relevant NPYWC staff member, Program Manager, CEO, or Director.
- Call our office on 08 8958 2345 or email enquiries@npywc.org.au to speak with our Administration Manager or CEO, who will talk you through your feedback or provide more information about our feedback and complaints process.
What happens next?
- If you include your contact details, we will get in touch to discuss how we plan to address your feedback or complaint.
- If you choose to remain anonymous, we won’t be able to respond directly, but we will still review and consider the information you’ve provided.
- For formal complaints, we will conduct an investigation, determine the appropriate actions, and inform you of the outcome.
