Employment

Working at NPY Women’s Council is more than just a job.

At its core, NPY Women’s Council is about family and community (walytja).

Here you’ll get the chance to work with women of the NPY Lands and their walytja to increase their capacity to lead safe and healthy lives with improved life choices.

We cover an area of 350,000 sq km, incorporating 26 Aboriginal communities in the tri-state region of Northern Territory, South Australia, and Western Australia.

Working with us provides the opportunity to learn about the oldest continuous culture on earth, and travel to remote areas of Australia few people get to see.

We have an excellent reputation, provide great benefits, and we’re looking for passionate people who want to make a difference.
