This website and all content is protected by copyright under the  laws of Australia and, through international treaties in other countries, and remains the property of NPY Women’s Council (subject to the paragraph below  bout ICIP). No part of this website may be reproduced by any process without written permission from NPY Women’s Council. You must not, nor attempt to, nor purport to authorise others to,  copy, reproduce, publish,  communicate to the public, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the website, the content, our  products or services. Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP) The website and its content, programs, services and  products may incorporate ICIP which belongs to the Aboriginal traditional owners or custodians of that ICIP. The ownership of any such ICIP will remain at all times with the traditional owners or  custodians of that ICIP.

RIGHTS TO SUSPEND OR TERMINATE ACCESS 
You acknowledge that we may suspend, terminate or block your access to all or any part of our website at any time and without prior notice to you.

DONATIONS
Donations to NPY Women’s Council of $2 and over may be tax deductible. NPY Women’s Council is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) and is covered by Item 1 of the table in  section 30-15 of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997.

These Terms & Conditions will be governed and  interpreted in accordance with laws of the Northern Territory, Australia and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of  that place. STORE POLICY

REFUND POLICY
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or  make a wrong decision. If you are a consumer for the purposes of the Australian Consumer Law, or any equivalent State or Territory consumer law, you are entitled to certain consumer guarantees and remedies if we fail to meet  those guarantees. Without limiting those rights and remedies, if you have a major problem with one of our goods, you can choose between a refund or replacement of the goods. To initiate a return please contact   enquiries@npywc.org.au and state the reason for return. Generally, you will need to cover the cost of the return freight but you may be entitled to recover those expenses from us.

SHIPPING
All of NPY Women’s Council  products are shipped with Australia Post unless otherwise negotiated. We do not currently accept international orders. Orders will be dispatched within 7 working days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-7  business  days. As we are based in a remote location, shipping times may be longer than expected.
