About the Team:
The People and Workplace Services team are responsible for delivering a professional business support service to the employees and clients of NPY Women’s Council. We work together with other programs to employ and support a diverse mix of talent and to create a high performing culture that is innovative, inclusive and safe to work in.
Due to a change in organisation structure, we are now recruiting a Team Leader to join us on our journey. This role provides a mixture of administrative, project and advisory support in a variety of business support areas.
With a new five-year strategic plan that puts operational excellence as a priority, this role will be a critical part of the team moving forward due to a number of exciting projects and organisation improvement.
About the Role:
You will coordinate the administrative support provided to NPYWC staff, support the wellbeing and professional development of your team members and work collaboratively with fellow members of the management team to develop and implement policies and strategies that enhance customer service and quality services for clients and staff.
The ideal person will have a balance of skills that focuses on the detail but also the big picture. We need someone who enjoys managing systems and administration processes whilst working with a diverse range of people needs.
You will have strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead and develop a team and drive service delivery improvements in a fast paced and changing environment. You will have experience in coordinating administrative services and managing physical resources and have a commitment to fostering a positive, collaborative and high performing team environment.
