ABOUT THE TEAM

The People and Workplace Services team are responsible for delivering a professional business support service to the employees and clients of NPY Women’s Council. We work together with other programs to employ and support a diverse mix of talent and to create a high performing culture that is innovative, inclusive and safe to work in.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Fleet Administrator is responsible for providing quality strategic and practical work around all aspects of the Vehicle Fleet. In consultation with the Program Managers, this role will coordinate every aspect of NPYWC’s fleet including acquisition, sale, rotation, replacement, repairs, maintenance and registration.

On occasion you will also provide 4X4 training to new staff, following the accredited course structure and process already in place, as well as contribute to the development of any policies, procedures and manuals regarding vehicles and their use at NPYWC.

ABOUT YOU

You will have strong interpersonal skills with proven experience in coordinating administrative services and managing physical resources and have a commitment to contributing to a positive, collaborative and high performing team environment.

You will have experience in a similar role or in an environment that fosters an understanding of the requirements of this role. Experience working in a cross-cultural context will be highly regarded.
