Compliments and Complaints
NPY Women’s Council (NPYWC) is committed to providing services and advocacy at the highest level. If a situation has occurred that has gone well then we would like to hear about it so that we can commend those in the organisation working well.
And if a situation has not gone well, the Council needs to also hear this feedback. Options to submitting a compliment or complaint
- Please write the compliment or complaint to the Co-ordinator, NPY Women’s Council , and please provide as much detail as you possibly can. In regards to a complaint, you may also like to explain what you would like NPY Women’s Council to do to address your complaint. The Council will make every endeavour to send a response within 21 days.
- Please telephone NPY Women’s Council and arrange an appointment to speak to the Co-ordinator.
We take seriously feedback received about our service delivery and advocacy, and we strive to handle complaints sensitively and respectfully.
